HOW DO YOU BECOME A WINE CLUB MEMBER?
  1. Simply fill in the Wine Club Membership form for the level you would like below and you will be emailed your Cherry Tree Hill Wine Membership Code
  2. Go to our purchase wines section and select the wines for your first discounted order
  3. When checking out fill in your Cherry Tree Hill Wine Club Membership Code in the shopping cart
  4. Receive your percentage discount off your selection and follow the checkout procedure
